Through the waitlist registration form, we collect the following data:
- Name - to contact you in a personalized way
- Email - to send you co-working updates
- Profession - to better understand community needs
- Usage preferences - to properly size the space
- Budget and preferred area - to design the best offer
- Priorities - to design the most requested services
We also automatically collect:
- UTM parameters - to understand which marketing channel you came from
- Referrer - the site you came from
- Date and time - of form submission
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used to:
- Contact you with updates on the Co-Working Viareggio project
- Invite you to exclusive pre-opening events
- Validate market demand and design the space
- If you gave marketing consent: send you newsletters and promotions

The processing of your data is based on:

Nota: We are committed to keeping your data within the European Economic Area (EEA). In case of transfer to third countries, this will only occur with adequate safeguards (SCC, adequacy decisions).
6. Retention Period
Your data will be retained for:
- Waitlist: until co-working opening + 12 months, unless you consent to remain on the mailing list
- Marketing: until consent is withdrawn
- Analytics data: maximum 26 months in aggregate and anonymized form

- Rectification - correct inaccurate data
